Descriptions

Unique design where the door height is raised above the center of the drum, increasing liquor holding capacity hence better loading ratios.
The reduction pulley system or gear box with pulley ensures a smooth and soft drive.
Calibrated level indicator to indicate water levels. Large cast-iron drainage ensures quick release of water and very low maintenance of gland rope seals.
Hot forged end flange shafts ensures long life.
With the Doni at 100 mm above the center level, we are able to increase the water level 8 loading capacity. (ref. The image on the right)
